It is very quiet and well maintained. Nikki is the best and always gets back to me. I am 68 and only lived at two apartments. First experience was dreadful. This place is great and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Honestly, my experience has been great here. Other than parking being an unknown every time you pull up, staff has been friendly, helpful, understanding, and prompt with every request and concern. They tool care of pest control concerns, and when something needed to be fixed, it was fixed in a timely manner. You can't ask for much more from an apartment complex.

All the new office ladies are super nice. I feel like it has made a huge change in the property how kind and friendly they are. Maintenance is very fast with getting issues fixed too. Cheap apartments with good staff.

My interaction with Stacy was fabulous. She knew the apartments and their layouts. My only concern was not being able to physically see the apartment, I understand they were still occupied. So far this a great place to live. It's close to I-70, Walmart, gas stations, shopping districts, and quite a few places to eat. The neighborhood is quiet but family friendly. Maintenance request always get done in a timely manner and the front office staff is pleasant to work with.

Great management team. Made everything simple. The website gave me a little trouble with setting everything up. Great layouts and good sized bedrooms. Community feels safe. Has in unit laundry! The apartment was clean when we got our keys.
