ACQUISITIONS ASSOCIATE

Aaron Price joined Prism Real Estate Services, LLC in 2012, upon graduation from the University of Kansas. Aaron served in a variety of property management roles providing him with a solid foundation of onsite property management experience.

He then served as the Director of Principal Construction, LLC, the construction arm of Prism Real Estate Services, LLC as well as the Director of Prism Maintenance Group, LLC, the maintenance services extension. As Director of Principal Construction, Aaron is managed over $2 million in property improvement projects. Currently, Aaron is the Acquisitions Associate specializing in Multi-Family Acquisitions. He has aided with many of PRES’ acquisitions, dating back to the infancy of the Company, and continues to identify opportunities that will define the next decade of Prism activities. Aaron excels at keeping a cool head while managing minute-to-minute obstacles that are typical in the various phases of our industry.

Aaron graduated from the University of Kansas with a BS in Economics and holds a real estate license in the State of Kansas.

Aaron resides in Prairie Village, KS. His hobbies include playing sports, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors.
