Aleyda Dominguez
Assistant Commercial Property Manager

Aleyda Dominguez joined Prism Real Estate Services, LLC in March 2023 as the Commercial Property Administrator at our corporate office and was promoted to Assistant Commercial Property Manager in October 2023. Prior to Prism, Aleyda worked in multi-family property management. She started as an Administrative Assistant and was quickly promoted to Leasing Agent/Coordinator, then Assistant Portfolio Manager. She oversaw all tenant relations within the portfolio, which was comprised of 400-500 single-family homes throughout Kansas and Missouri. 

Born in Honduras, Aleyda’s bilingual skills make her a great asset in serving our current and future tenants whose first language is Spanish! Aleyda leads collection efforts and miscellaneous finance-related administrative tasks, assists our Senior Commercial Property Manager with tenant/vendor correspondences, and creates marketing materials for our Commercial properties. 

Outside of Prism, Aleyda enjoys cooking, reading at the park with her best friend and their chihuahua, visiting art galleries and museums, and spending time with her little brother, mom, and dad.
