Brian Baldwin
Director of maintenance

Brian joined the Prism team in June 2022 in the new role of Director of Maintenance for Principal Construction and Maintenance Group. Brian has over 20 years of industry experience, with 5 years of commercial/residential maintenance and 18 years of multifamily maintenance. He currently has his EPA certification, and national CPO certification.

Brian helps oversee all aspects of maintenance within Prism’s portfolio, from hiring and training, to managing the day-to-day maintenance operations at all properties. He particularly enjoys getting to do some hands-on work within the plumbing and electrical side, and is always willing to share his wealth of knowledge with our maintenance staff.

When he’s free, Brian spends most of his time with his son, playing whatever games he happens to be into at the moment. Otherwise Brian can be found working on old cars and showing them in local shows around town.
