Roving Team Manager & Corporate Trainer

Crystal Overton joined Prism Real Estate Services in October of 2022 as the Roving Team Manager & Corporate Trainer. Crystal began her multi-family housing career in Northern California before making her way back to the Midwest. During that time, she fine-tuned her skills, including managing large multi-family complexes of over 300 units, developing and executing property budgets, training new team members, and auditing properties to set them up for success.

At Prism, Crystal’s bubbly personality always lights up the office. She trains all of the new property management staff on the various software programs utilized by our properties, as well as managing our office rovers and making sure that each property has the help and resources that they need.

Crystal is originally from Iowa but has called the Kansas City Metro home for the last 17 years. She currently lives in Liberty, has been married for over 24 years, and has three amazing children. During the week, you can find her leading a grief support group. On the weekend, you can find her supporting her children at their dance competitions or baseball tournaments.  And, of course, she loves them Chiefs!
