Jeremy Antes
PRINCIPAL

Jeremy Antes is the founding principal of Prism Real Estate Services, LLC, established in July 2012. Jeremy oversees the strategic operations and management of PRES, together with its affiliates, subsidiaries, owned properties, and managed properties. Jeremy has been involved in the acquisition and management of more than $1 billion in real estate including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and single family residential properties.

Jeremy has been in real estate since graduation from the Bloch School of Business at the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a Bachelor in Business Administration in 2006. Previously, Jeremy worked for a Kansas City based full service real estate company learning the business holding positions such as Assistant Project Manager, Property Manager, General Contractor, and Director of Multifamily Services.

Jeremy has always been an entrepreneur, having built and sold a lawn and landscape business through middle, high school, and college. He enjoys all aspects of business and entrepreneurship, and spends his ‘free’ time reading about businesses, case studies, real estate, and economics. Jeremy is also actively engaged with various local charitable organizations and is a big believer in balancing family, business, and community. Jeremy resides in Overland Park, Kansas with his wife and 4 children.
