Chief FINANCIAL Officer

Ryan Tull joined Prism Real Estate Services, LLC in 2024 as the Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, Ryan oversees Prism’s accounting department and is responsible for securing and managing financing for the company’s corporate operations, acquisitions, and development projects. Ryan has over 20 years of real estate development, finance, and consulting experience involving various real estate asset classes and financing programs, including LIHTC, HTC, TIF, and Tax-Exempt Bond financing programs, as well as Institutional, HUD, GSE, and State Housing Agency loan products.

Ryan received his master’s degree in urban planning from the University of Kansas after earning a bachelor’s degree in history from Cornell College. He has previously held positions on the North Kansas City Business Council Board and North Kansas City Hospital Board of Trustees. Currently, he sits on the North Kansas City Planning Commission. He also serves as a guest lecturer for the University of Kansas Urban Planning Program. Ryan has two awesome sons, Jude and Asa.
