My family and I have been residents for 4 years, and I have nothing but good things to say about Daenen, Tarra, and Sherry. Their care for the residents and property is remarkable. Maintenance is very quick to fix issues and is always respectful. Lawn care and winter weather treatments are outstanding. No “slumlords” here. It’s a great neighborhood for all ages.

While I have only lived here for 5 months or so, I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff and community. Staff are very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Maintenance was quick. I had put in an order earlier that morning, and someone was on the way later that day to resolve my issues.

The apartments have been nice and quiet so far. Maintenance is quick upon request, and there is easy access to our trash as well. Paying monthly is easy, and I like that we have extra parking passes if we have a guest overnight.

It's great if you work a normal shift and sleep at night. Updated appliances, cute place. I like the fact that everyone is still to themselves and stays quiet, not bothering me. I used to have a nosy neighbor, but you can come home to a nice, quiet place and relax and do what you need to do before the next day, and no stress.
